Fire, flame and ember
I sit and watch the flames, dancing before my eyes
The flickering light is hypnotising, true beauty to behold
I feel the fire entering my being, filling me, body and soul

Fire, flame and ember
I feel your spirits here
Fire, flame and ember
I dance with thee tonight

And now I rise to join, your power pulls me in
Within this Sacred Grove I find, my element inside
I absorb the wild energy, and fall in step with you

Fire, flame and ember
I feel your spirits here
Fire, flame and ember
I dance with thee tonight

And your Spirit fills me now, I sparkle with your light
O we move as one true entity, and there is no way to tell
Where I end and You begin

As the flames begin to quell, a stillness fills the air
I lay me down by your side, and watch the embers glow
And now the dreaming ensues, the dance begins again

Fire, flame and ember
I feel your spirits here
Fire, flame and ember
I dance with thee tonight

New Moon Poem

Lady of the Moon

Lady of the Moon
I honour thee tonight
The night that Thine is black
And we are denied Thy beautiful Light

Lady of the Moon
This night in Thee I seek
The power within in my Soul
To shed the sorrow and leave the bleak

Lady of the Moon
Strength within Thine arms
I turn towards the darkness
Whilst Thy light shines from my palms

Lady of the Moon
I thank thee for Thy love
Without it I could not be
Flying on the wind like the Blessed Dove

Random musing

Do you ever have one of those days when you walk down the street and feel everything?

Since my Samhuin ritual I have felt something. I feel closer to the Earth than I have ever been. Everything I see in nature calls to me, I feel it.
I think the Gods heard my ritual and have opened my senses. I feel so much more intuitive than I have ever been and its something, if it remains, that I have to get used to and definatly learn to use and work well.
I am going to do a new moon ritual tonight. I hope the results are as enlightening. I truly feel like I am connecting to something.
